Regulation of the Council of Europe

Council of Europe Regulation (EC) 428/2009 marks some products as “DUAL USE GOODS”. Gibas Automation B.V., Gibas Numeriek B.V. and Gibas Tools B.V. prohibit the use and/or supply of delivered products for the development, production, use or storage of weapons of mass destruction (nuclear weapons, biological weapons, chemical weapons or missiles). “DUAL USE GOODS” are subject to controls when exported from the European Union.
